Great place to stay, not too far from the centre and close to the Saturday night market. The people were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing, super accommodating. We had to leave at 5:30am for the Laos border crossing and they packed us a breakfast/lunch for the journey.

Value for money

Breakfast is great. Not just your typical sausage, egg and bread, they include local food too!

Room key is also the key to room electricity, so when U are out, everything is switch off including the fridge

Stay here if you enjoy cats!

We're huge cat fans -- this guest house had seven of them! So we were predisposed to like the place. Staff were very friendly -- but we speak Thai. They didn't seem to speak much English.

Breakfast was so-so, but in a nice location, with a view of the pool. Room was attractive and comfortable, overall, with good shower. The location could have been better; a fifteen minute walk to the clock-tower and overall a rather uninteresting street. Still, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very Good

Staff extremely helpful. Lots of very pampered cats and slightly quirky but homely decor. Great central location but in it's own quiet courtyard. Extremely fine and spicy breakfast. All in all, perfect for our needs.

Nice accommodation to visit in Chiang Rai.

Breakfast is good, you will have thai food and american breakfast at the same time. Lovely family-owned hotel, they love children. Location is best, because hotel is quiet, but so near the city center.

Few ants in the room, but it’s normal in Thailand.

Wonderful

Good location, quiet with an easy walk into town. Reliable hot shower. Breakfast looked really good (we don't eat breakfast) Comfortable bed. Everything worked. Nice pool, very cold,pool towel provided. Our room was not ready on arrival so offered an upgrade, this room did have a balcony so suggested they provided chairs on the walkway outside the room. This was quickly sorted and suited us well.

No one on reception. When we arrived took a while to find someone. The fridge goes off when you leave the room. Some cobwebs, dust above head level particularly in the bathroom.

comfortable beds, daily cleaning and fresh towels, nice breakfast, super kind and helpful staff. good location next to lovely coffee shop

our bathroom smelled a lot of moisture, not sure if that was issue of our room only or if that is normal in the area. you would get used to it after while but it was unpleasant when entering room. also one night water was dripping from the ceiling but that could have been also issue of our room only. also keep in mind the pool is inside of the structure so it doesn’t get sun

Lovely helpful reception. Sorted out motorbike hire. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Shower doesn't stay hot for long. Nice quaint swimming area. Would stay again.

Comfortable room in a good Location with friendly staff

We really liked the swimming pools and the fact that the breakfast was included. The Staff were very very nice, they helped us with the bags. Private bathroom.

The towels and bed sheets had some stains. The hotel doesn't have a lift

worth money, nice personal, pool, breakfeast

good location, u can borrow bike for free. 15 minutes walk to night bazar and bus terminal to chiang mai. Room was nice, pool too!.

Due to humidity, room smell like old cabin in a woods But whatever.

Good pool and excellent breakfast. Although there was a bit of a language barrier the staff were very accommodating. Room was clean and overall good value for money.

The staff delivered a polite professional service. The breakfast was varied and healthy choices. The swimming pool was welcome for the afternoon swim.

No comment. save for there is no lift, but the hotel allowed me with a heavy suitcase to give me a room on the ground floor. which was a welcome solution.
